PLEASE REVIEW ALL BEFORE ORDERING. All dimensions should be confirmed and verified prior to placing order as this is a custom-made unit and by placing order you hereby agree that all items as shown herein are correct and provided by customer. This order is for ONE (1) SASH ONLY.

• Here is the quote for the window sash unit as we discussed. I have added the cost of One (1) Casement Operator for the unit, 3/34" "B" Arm Length.  
• Pictures and details as provided by customer. Sash Specs as follow: 18 1/4" X 58 1/4" Inside Visible Glass / White Aluminum Clad / Butt Joint / Standard Insulated Glass / This is a custom made Caradco Sash Style Replacement. The outside dimensions as supplied by customer is Frame Size 22 1/2" X 62 1/2" 
• EXCEPTIONS: Sash Replacements are direct set glazed, with 5/8" O.D. Insulated Glass, into the window sash as discussed.
• There is no rubber glazing boot as in originals as this boot is no longer available.
• Included is One (1) Standard Casement Operator for this unit, as specified above.
• Additional LTL Crating and Shipping Charges are allowed. Shipping will be to the nearest LTL Freight Terminal for "will call" / Dock Pick Up as discussed. 

1. Please Note: Standard site basic shipping charges are also added at checkout as normal and have been allowed for as part of this estimate.
2. Lead time is between 24 and 35 Working Days after order entry. 
3. Order is non-cancellable and is not refundable.
