Two (2) EACH Builtbest Casement Window Sash Replacement | Wood & Exterior Bronze Clad | Standard Clear IG Glass | Butt Jointed Style | Crating and Shipping Charges for LTL Freight difference allowed. Shipping to local LTL Terminal in Colorado Springs Area allowed. Labor Allowed for removal of old units and all necessary "fitment" and final adjustments of all hinges and other hardware re-fitting. Mike Inspected 2 old Pella Casements, wood in/bronze clad out \ sashes with rot at the bottom and corner joinery. Existing sash dimensions: Casement Sash Profile:  1 11/16" thick x 1 3/8" high; Exterior sash dimensions with cladding; 26 15/16" wide x 45" high; Interior sash dimensions: 26 1/2" wide x 44 1/2" high; Actual window opening: 27 3/8" wide x 45 3/8" high

• Replacement with the Builtbest sashes --- BUTT JOINTED ONLY - with new Clear Insulated glass, new weather stripping and bronze cladding. We can reuse the old hardware; do all adjustments etc.
• New sash exterior dimensions: 2@ 26 15/16" wide x 45" high; New glass demensions (approximate only until I can measure built best template for exact sizes): 2@ 26 1/2" wide x 44 1/2" high x 5/8" thick clear with silver spacer. Approximately 30' of sash leaf weatherstripping.
• No paint or stain, homeowner will finish.

• Please allow 25 - 35 days for production time for sashes. Bestclad and Proclad sashes are made with butt joints. Clad sashes come clad on the exterior side and raw on the interior side. This product is made with standard glass. Also available with low e glass. We offer various types of grilles: Grilles sealed in the insulating glass, and three sizes of SDL (Grilles permanently applied to the interior and exterior of the glass).
