At this time, all sash reproduction work is temporarily on hold due to ongoing supply‑chain disruptions affecting several of the mill‑work components we rely on. We anticipate a delay of approximately 60-90 days while our suppliers stabilize availability. During this period, certain sash profiles or related materials may not be offered exactly as they have been over the past 7–8 years. We appreciate your patience and will resume normal production as soon as conditions allow.

NO GLASS - UNLESS YOU WANT A HUGE "LTL Shipping Charge" .. so here is what we offer. We will ship you the new component wood sash frame parts, new birch buttons etc. and you take these to your local glass company or window glazier and they will order your new insulated glass, LowE Glass, tempered Glass etc. and you have them install into your new sash frame. If your old glass is good .. you can use existing glass. Please allow 15-20 working days for production time for custom made sashes. These wood in and wood out sashes come primed on the exterior side and raw on the interior side for staining or paint matching. Again, this product does not include glass - we will be glad to provide you with the OEM glass order size to give to your window glass glazier or shop.
