Can I order parts from the old stamping numbers on hardware?

The stampings and numbers found on the operator parts etc. are the hardware mfg's numbers that start with a # series and are usually die casting numbers, and since the die cast housings are used on about 20 different versions of Truths operators and more on hinges and slides, could be from different "series" over the years.

The best way for you to help us help you is to determine which operator you have may be from numbers off the arms and links. On some Truth Entrygard Products you will find numbers stamped on the Housings and Arms. The numbers will help us "narrow down"  which Truth product you have, and from that we can make a educated guesses as to what you have.  If you are still not sure - nothing works better tan "matching" parts or schematics. REMEMBER .. you may be looking for the "exact replacement part" -----  when an OEM UPGRADE has now replaced it?
